Single-storey, double-storey, side-returns and kitchen extensions. Foundations through to final coat of paint, all in-house.

We work closely with your architect, or we can recommend one if you're starting from scratch. Either way, the build itself is owner-led, and the same crew that lays the foundations will hand you the keys.

Pricing depends on the size, the spec, the access and the ground conditions. We'll come out, look at the site, and come back with a clear, itemised quote.

Loft Conversions

Done properly, a loft is the best return on space your home will ever see. Done badly, you'll feel it every time it rains.

We handle dormer, mansard, hip-to-gable and L-shaped conversions across Greater London. Structural steels, plumbing, electrics, plasterboard, joinery, flooring and decoration. All of it from our team, on one schedule.

Most loft work runs eight to twelve weeks from start to handover, depending on size and stair routing. Every conversion is signed off to current Building Regulations, including fire-rated stair enclosures and proper insulation.

Bricklaying

Walls That
Stand Straight.

Brick is the foundation of most of what we do. Clean lines, proper bonds, and bricks laid to look right and last decades.

We take on standalone bricklaying jobs as well as integrating it into refurbishments and extensions. Garden walls, structural walls, repointing, brick repairs and matching to existing properties where the trick is in the mortar mix.

Bricklaying is a craft that catches up with corner-cutters fast. We don't cut corners.

Plumbing is one of those trades where the difference between good and bad shows up two years later. We do it properly the first time.

We handle bathroom installations, kitchen plumbing, central heating, full re-plumbs and emergency repairs. Whether it's a new shower fitted or every pipe in the house replaced, we work clean, label everything, and sign off properly.

For larger refurbishments, our plumbing comes integrated with the rest of the trades, which means no waiting on someone else's plumber to turn up.

We work in tile, slate, lead and modern flat-roof systems. Whether it's a slipped tile after a storm, a leaking flashing or a complete strip-and-recover with new battens and felt, we treat it the same: diagnose properly, fix once, guarantee the work.

Outside on the ground, we lay patios, driveways and paths in stone, paving and block. Proper drainage, proper falls, no puddles in two years' time.

"I've spent my whole working life on building sites. I started out doing what other people told me to do. Now I run my own jobs the way I always wanted them run."

I started Perfect Renovation Ltd because I'd worked enough sites to know how the industry treats clients, and I knew it could be done better. I've been on London building sites for over a decade, and I've worked across just about every trade you can think of: bricklaying, plumbing, plastering, roofing, lofts, the lot.

That's why we cover so much under one roof. When you hire us, you get one builder for the whole job, not five different sub-contractors who don't talk to each other.

Most of our work comes from people who've used us before, or from someone they know who has. That's the kind of business I wanted to build, one where my name is on every job, and where I'd be happy for any client to send the next one our way.
